Delete your account

You can permanently delete your DakPariksha account and personal data at any time, free of charge — from the app in a minute, or by sending us an email.

In the Android app

  1. Open DakPariksha and log in.
  2. Go to More → Delete account.
  3. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are logged out.

By email

  1. Email info@dakpariksha.in from your registered address, subject “Delete My Account”.
  2. Say whether you want the whole account deleted or only specific data.
  3. We may reply to confirm it’s you, then finish within 7 business days.
Write the email

What happens to your data

Erased

  • Name, email address and password
  • Employee number, designation, circle and division
  • Profile photo and bio
  • Bookmarks, saved questions and notifications
  • Study streaks, syllabus and course progress
  • Two-factor settings and notification tokens

Kept without your name

  • Past test attempts, only as anonymous statistics
  • Tests or material you wrote as a contributor, and discussion posts, shown as “Deleted user”
  • Payment records, for the period tax law requires
This can’t be undone. A deleted account can’t be restored, and any active Premium access ends with it. To stop a Google Play subscription from renewing, also cancel it in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
